Aerospace Energy Supplier Operations Mission Overview
This session will speak to supplier operations mission in Aerospace Energy, to include industrial gases, hypergols, and other items that are stored and contracted for on behalf of Aerospace Energy managed products.

G-Invoicing: It Matters to You
Major changes to U.S. Government financial processes will change how DLA Energy processes transactions for all products and services exchanged between DLA Energy and our customers.

Knowledge Management for the DoD Petroleum Supply Chain: DLA & the Military Services
This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the DLA Energy Knowledge Management Program, focusing on its role in addressing Integrated Material Management training needs within the Class IIIB supply chain. The session will cover the program's history, current course developments, upcoming plans, and details about hosting and training locations.

SRM Program Overview
The goal of DLA Energy’s SRM program is to maintain the Department of Defense’s Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) infrastructure to minimize operational impacts and maximize operational readiness. DLA Energy’s SRM team provides proactive maintenance and repair support to approximately 75% of the Department of Defense’s fixed fuel infrastructure. This session will provide information on the DLA Energy SRM program whose work includes over 2,100 projects at 563 sites worldwide with an investment of over $955 million per year. Discussion topics will include SRM business processes, Division alignment, and the “Four Pillars of SRM.”

At this year’s Worldwide Energy Conference, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy will host its Direct Delivery Fuel Small Business Upcoming Opportunities information session. In support of upcoming business opportunities, DLA Energy business and acquisition experts will be on-hand to discuss Areas of Responsibility and Set-Aside Opportunities for upcoming programs. During this hour-long session, business professionals will have the opportunity to engage in Q&A, learn about new opportunities and make lasting connections in the exciting world of Energy Fuel.

DoD Fuel Standard Pricing 2024
The standard price of fuel is a tool by the Department of Defense to insulate the military services from the day-to-day fluctuations of the fuel marketplace. It provides the military services and the Office of the Secretary of Defense budget stability in an unstable environment, with gains or losses being absorbed by a revolving fund known as the Defense Wide Working Capital Fund (DWWCF). This session will provide information on how standard prices are developed to meet financial management regultions of the DWWCF. The discussion will include information on the cost categories included within the standard price, the impact of standard price on cash balances, and its impacts on the DoD customer.
