Call For Papers

Warfighter Readiness through Stronger Partnerships

Deadline: January 26, 2022

DLA Energy is looking for dynamic and energetic speakers to present educational topics to our diverse mix of attendees during the 2022 DLA Energy Worldwide Energy Conference, March 28-30, 2022, at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland. The focus is Warfighter Readiness through Stronger Partnerships. We plan to have a conference track dedicated to those submissions selected. We will select up to eight submissions for inclusion in this track.

To be considered for inclusion in the track, please submit a synopsis using the template provided of your technical presentation by January 26, 2022. Abstracts will be evaluated based on the following factors:

  1. New or evolving technology impacting the energy supply chain or DoD energy operations,

  2. Solving recurring challenges in the energy supply chain, or

  3. Relevance to current energy trends.

These presentations cannot be “sales” presentations—company and/or product sales pitches are prohibited. The company name and logo, along with the presenter’s name and session title, can only appear on the first slide of your presentation. We will ask those selected to limit presentation time to 30 minutes.

Presentation Schedule

Presentations will be scheduled for Monday, March 28, 2022. Presenting companies will be required to submit their final slide deck electronically via email by February 28, 2022. Contact Susan Lowe and Ashleigh Johnson at energy.industry-engagement@dla.mil for more information.

A great conference and very informative. Along with the seminars, it was a great venue to network and hold sidebar discussions that will enable EUCOM’s strategic fuel mission.
